Florida-based healthcare technology company WITHmyDOC has reportedly introduced [email protected]™, a remote patient monitoring (RPM) kit. It is being speculated that the kit may revolutionize the healthcare sector.
Sources cite that [email protected]™ transmits real-time biometric data of patients to healthcare providers using a web-based intelligence platform. [email protected] provides real-time data and facilitates proactive intervention by assisting chronic care management and telehealth visits.
With the help of WITHmyDOC’s RPM platform, healthcare providers will be able to review the patient’s biometric data as regularly as required during office visits. Hence it will make it easier to spot, diagnose, and treat symptoms of the disease.
The base kit consists of healthcare IoT devices including a blood pressure monitor, a pulse oximeter, and a weight scale. Additionally, it also contains devices such as a glucometer, an ECG/respiratory rate sensor, and a 24-hour monitoring temperature sensor.
A 10-inch tablet incorporated in the [email protected]™ kit transmits vital data in real-time to the physicians’ office and dictates critical alerts programmed specifically for the specialized care.
WITHmyDOC’s RPM platform provides predictive analytics using advanced artificial intelligence and employs a bilateral notification system. For the patients sitting at home with [email protected] kit, physicians will be able to monitor their vital signs on a daily basis, enabling quick intervention thus avoiding an expensive care incident.
