Pinna, a prominent audio entertainment platform developed exclusively for kids aged 3-12, recently announced a partnership with Kaplan, an educational service company, and Kindness Factory, a non-profit organization, to make the world a kinder place. Pinna, in partnership with Kindness Factory and Kaplan, is set to launch its newest podcast series- Pinna Original podcast, One Small Act, ahead of World Kindness Day.
The podcast focuses on the Kindness Curriculum, which is developed by the Kindness Factory and Kaplan, and centers on emphasizing the twelve qualities of kindness, including, Collaboration, Empathy, Compassion, Trust, Honesty, Gratitude, Humility, Humor, Perspective, Mindfulness Meditation, Positivity, and Self-acceptance.
Each episode of the One Small Act podcast will look into one of these twelve features of kindness through stories and interviews of real kids that are making a difference to make the world a kinder place.
Director of Development and Children’s Programming-Pinna, Amy Kraft, mentioned that they are excited to collaborate with Kaplan and Kindness Factory to exhibit all the surprising ways through which kids bring kindness into their communities.
She further added that being a brand that is dedicated to kids and families, they have been looking for innovative opportunities to integrate their listening audience along with their stories into their content and hailed this podcast series as the perfect way to do that.
Kindness Factory Founder, Kath Koschel, stated that their mission is to make the world a kinder place by inspiring action and offering leading education as well as research on the favorable impact of kindness.
She added that the Kindness Curriculum, developed in partnership with Kaplan, is now being used in around 3,000 schools around the world and creating the One Small Act podcast together with Pinna, allows them to amplify and share this message more extensively than ever.
The podcast will be available for free, exclusively in the Pinna app and at Pinna.fm. The launch episode will premiere on World Kindness Day, with more episodes launching each month in 2022.
